About Andrew:
Born in Hartford, Connecticut, Andrew F. Rickis was a West Granby, Connecticut resident for 18 years. After living in the Florida Keys for 22 years and several years on the Treasure Coast in Florida, the author and his wife Lucille currently reside in the upstate of South Carolina. They have two children. An avid tennis player, the former printer also enjoys playing chess, growing bonsai plants and traveling the globe gathering material for his writing. Andrew’s writing career began at the University of Connecticut, where he won awards for his writing. Andrew is a member of the Florida Writers Association and the former treasurer of the Treasure Coast Writers Guild. He is also a member of the Spartanburg County Library and a participant in HUB-BUB events.
